PRINCIPLES OF ANIMATION - SOUND EDITING LESSONS
Beginner EXERCISE - ADDING SOUND WITH PREMIERE
Add appropriate sounds effects and background music using Adobe Premiere. Compare with the professional version provided by your teacher. Possible resources you can use: FreeSound.org, FreePlayMusic.org, or you can record your own. You can also get audio files from media sites like YouTube by using SaveFrom.net. You can convert such files, both video and audio, to usable formats with programs like AnyAudioConverter and AnyVideoConverter. You can edit sound files easily using Audacity.
NOTE: If you want to be able to work on these projects at home, unfortunately a legal version of Premiere is not available for free but can be purchased for as little as $19.99/mo for only the months you need it here. Also, there is a program called OpenShot that is available for free and is in many ways similar to Premiere; you can download OpenShot here.
