STANDARD PRINTING - FINDING THE PRINTER ON THE NETWORK
For the normal printer follow this path:
StudentShare > Campus_Klein Forest > Printers > 002_Career-Center-Rm405-B_Xerox-7800
After finding your printer, double click on it, then go to Printer and choose 'Set As Default Printer',
then while still in the Printer menu, go to 'Printing Preferences...' > Color Options > set to 'Automatic Color';
so that you don't have to choose it each time you print.
For the drafting plotter follow this path:
